Our facilities support department is well established. This service has been a part of the company since our early days in the Isle of Man. We provide cleaning services for all sectors and our customers include government, the business community and private householders.

In addition to our mainstream contract cleaning, we also offer a range of specialist services for computer cleaning, carpet , and window cleaning and equipment sanitisation.

Our staff receive training in COSHH and first aid as well as general cleaning hygiene and health and safety.
Naturally, they are all security conscious and are screened to the same level as our security officers. Some of our cleaning staff have been with us for 20 years.

In conjunction with our cleaning services we provide sale and rental of live and artificial plants and decorations.  Our trained staff carry out all the maintenance, including watering and cleaning.  We can tailor the plants to specific areas, be they board rooms, entrance foyers, open plan offices or stairways.

We can enhance any environment, from open plan lounge areas at airports to health clubs, car showrooms, offices and hotels.  Plants can be rotated to reflect the changing seasons and we have a wide range of specialist plants for temporary hire at weddings, special functions, product launches, etc.

You can choose from a wide selection of pots and planters and we can even supply designs and colours to match your corporate brands.

Reception / Concierge Services

The financial and commercial sectors have increasingly chosen G4S to provide their front of house security and reception staff, incorporating a meet and greet function into the provision of on-site security.

Our trained staff can provide first aid cover and act as fire marshals in the event of emergency or evacuation. We can provide male or female staff to fulfil a variety of roles, including couriers, post room staff, facilities staff as well as locking and unlocking duties and monitoring of lone workers and contractors on site.
