Our staff can be trained to provide first aid and fire marshal services as well as customer care. Customers have peace of mind knowing they are being provided with staff of the utmost integrity, who have been fully screened and vetted, including 20 years of employment and personal history if applicable.

In conjunction with our Mobile Patrol Service, we provide a Key Holding Service which ensures you and your staff are not inconvenienced or put at risk.
Our response service provides attendance at your premises together with your official key holder. Be assured your premises are in safe hands whilst they are left in our care!
We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and our 24 hour control room ensures we are always on hand to meet customer’s needs.
Our mobile patrol officers can provide random visits to premises, out of hour’s lock-ups and openings and
attend at alarm activations.
Retail customers can choose between a uniformed, high profile security presence on the shop floor for theft deterrent and customer assistance or plain clothes detectives.
We also provide CCTV operatives to work alongside in-store staff. Our customer profit protection officers are all ‘arrest trained’.
The construction and industrial sectors have specific requirements in terms of physical presence, health and safety and asset protection throughout the 24 hour period.
Using checkpoint data recording, sites are regularly patrolled by our security officers. Control of contractors, random searching, fire and safety checks are but a few of the duties undertaken by our staff on some of the islands largest construction projects. Health and Safety is of primary importance in these high risk areas and our staff play an important part in ensuring the safety of all persons on site.

To ensure the safety of your travel by ferry from the Isle of Man, our qualified staff assist Port Security by screening all persons travelling from the Island by sea. In addition, we conduct vehicle and luggage checks.
This specialist function is in place in accordance with the Aviation and Maritime Security Act 1990 and DFT Regulations.
